Saskatchewan

Postcard courtesy of Mme. Marchand's grade 3 class at Ecole St. Mary School

There are 21 kids in our 3rd grade class: 13 girls and 8 boys. We learn most of our subjects in French. We live in Regina, which is the capital city of Saskatchewan. Regina is north of the border between Montana and North Dakota. One interesting thing about Regina is that all the R.C.M.P. officers in Canada are trained here. In the summer, it gets up to 30°C (90°F). We like to swim, go camping, and eat ice cream. In the winter, it gets down to -40°C (-40°F). We like to ice skate, make snowmen and snowangels, and go sledding.
