An Interview with... 7th Grade Student What is your earliest childhood memory? About how old were you? My earliest memory is a picture of the whole family. I was just six years. What would you like to be when you grow up? A translator. What grade are you in and what are your favorite subjects in school? I am in grade seven and my favorite subject is history. What are your most difficult or most boring? Science, because I have to memorize a lot of things. Was it difficult to learn English? How many languages do you speak? No, it wasn’t. I can speak two languages. What do you like to do outside school? I like singing. In your school career so far, what was the most educational moment you can remember? My Pen Pal in the U.S.A. What was your favorite school field trip or school activity up to this point? My favorite field trip was my graduation trip. Do you have a favorite interview so far? If so, who? Yes, I do. An interview with a woman in Iran. Because it is my first interview. What is your favorite quote? Who said it? Why is it your favorite? Do not try to find an excuse for failure, but try to find a reason for success. This was what my elementary principal said. This quote gives me a lesson.
