Louisiana

Postcard courtesy of Michele Core's Kindergarten

Our Kindergarten class has 23 students.  We are located just outside New Orleans where we are proud of our fabulous food, music, culture, and Mardi Gras.  Last year, Hurricanes Katrina and Rita were devastating to a large part of our state.  Our school was also hit, but we are fine now.  Some of our students are still living in FEMA trailers.  Our great city and state are slowly being rebuilt.  We wish all of you a wonderful school year.
