Indiana

Postcard courtesy of Marianne Berlin's 2nd Grade

Greetings from Monrovia Elementary in Monrovia, Indiana.  We are located about 25 miles southewest of Indianapolis, Indiana's capital.  Our second grade class has 19 students.  Our school is located in a farming community.  Corn, soybeans, and pigs are the main business of farmers in our area.  However, few of our students actually live on a farm.  Indianapolis has a wonderful Children's Museum, the Indianapolis 500 Race and, of course, is home to this year's Super Bowl Champions, the Colts!!!

Caption: Find everything you never expected at the Indiana State Museum.  Located in the White River State Park, one block west of the Convention Center, visitors to the State Museum can explore Indiana's past, present, and future.  Photos by Kim White.
