Colonial Heritage - Alcázar de Colón:
This building was constructed in 1510 as the official residence for Don Diego Colón (one of Christopher Columbus' sons) and his wife Doña María de Toledo (niece of the Duke of Alba). Since its restoration in 1955, it has served as a museum.
