The Legislature building in Edmonton is the seat of power of the provincial government. People like to take walks around the legislative grounds and wade in the pools in the middle and bottom of the photo. In the winter, the trees are aglow with lights. Daily tours inside are available, allowing you to see the historical relics, portraits and architecture, learn about Alberta's history and perhaps sitting in on a legislative session.
